Diary of a Paint and Sip Owner Part 4

Updated: Oct 29

So, I am here at the Gal, stringing fall leaves for the upcoming customer appreciation party on November 2, in hopes that some fall foliage will make

things feel extra festive. The irony is, business has been painfully slow lately. Perhaps it is the upcoming election, the moody weather, or the dark arts that come with Halloween.

In other words...I am in need some customer art in a big way. If I don't start seeing some 16x20's show up on my store steps, the art show - I so confidently planned-is going to look more like a tribute to minimalism. Hoping a surge in submission is coming. If you are on the fence and still deciding whether or not to display your art, hop off that thing. Fence straddling is painful and unneccessary. You and your creative expression deserves a home, and I want to be your realtor.

Even if you don't wanna put your artistic efforts on the wall (yet) we would love to have you here on Saturday. Bring your friends. Let's party.

I am here all week from 12-6 (except Halloween) and on Friday from 12-8:30

Swing by and drop off your favorite piece from your time at the Gal. I'll leave the light on .
